Partial funding for items required to complete Feet in the Street outreach, going into the streets of the Twin Cities, and handing out socks and underwear to the homeless.  Impacts local MN residents and is an outreach collaboration with Loaves and Fishes. People can receive food and basic necessities of undergarments at the same time.
