Open Your Heart funding purchases outreach supplies for more than 3,500 adults experiencing homelessness and staying outside in Ramsey County. Each week, volunteers provide lifesaving support—including tents, tarps, camping gear, food, socks, shoes, boots, clothing, and other essential items—to help make life more bearable for neighbors facing unsheltered homelessness.
