Open Your Heart provided 360 Communities with funding toward the purchase of a new freezer. The new freezer will enable 360 Communities to provide The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) foods to their clients, particularly frozen vegetables during the colder months when produce is not in season in addition to frozen proteins.

360 Communities delivers safety and stability that improves lives. Their staff and volunteers provide hope and support to more than 16,000 individuals each year with 9 programs in over 40 locations, including a network of five food shelvestwo domestic violence shelterstwo resource centers, and two programs that support school success from birth through high school graduation. About 1,200 volunteers donate their time, energy and talent in support of 360 Communities annually.
