Thanks to generous supporters like you, Open Your Heart provided Community Bridge with funding toward a refrigerator/freezer, new shelving, and storage equipment to be able to provide fresh and healthy food to clients.

Community Bridge is a community building agency incorporated as a 501 c (3) that operates at the Center For Changing Lives in Minneapolis MN providing: free bimonthly food shelf and special holiday baskets, free weekly community meals, delivered prepared meals, job training, mentoring and volunteer opportunities, and hospitality through their catering services. Their main events are intentionally around meals to help create an ambiance for conversations that enhance community building and community connections. They are strong supporters of the Partners in Prevention clinic that provides services in their building.

With Open Your Heart’s support, Community Bridge can fulfill the wishes of their clients for fresh produce and have increased food storage. This advancement is not just about efficiency, it’s about extending their reach, touching more lives, and increasing the number of individuals they support.
