| Thanks to generous supporters like you, Open Your Heart provided C2i with funding to support youth experiencing homelessness, particularly those aging out of foster care. It addresses housing instability, racial inequities, and provides essential life skills education.
The Mission of C2i is to provide unique programming and advocacy for foster care youth, ages 14–24, to promote a successful and healthy transition to living independently as they reach adulthood. They are a unique organization that provides services to connect permanent placement providers, community-based organizations, and counties in a formalized partnership to provide support for youth in foster care.
