With generous support from our donors, Open Your Heart provided HJH with funding to purchase three new freezers and a reach in refrigerator, allowing them to store more milk when larger number of guests are in residence; and food to be more easily organized and accessible.
HJH is a ministry for families who are experiencing homelessness for the first time. HJH is a ministry of Guardian Angels Catholic Church along with St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Mahtomedi and more than 30 churches in Washington and suburban Ramsey counties.
