Open Your Heart provided funding to Launch Ministry for amenities to provide clients with additional services and better meals throughout the week.
Launch Ministry was established in 2009 to meet the needs of their community, offering life skills and mentoring to individuals struggling with becoming self-sufficient adults. This program includes a partnership with the Carver County Jail Reentry program working with young adults transitioning from jail back into the community. In October of 2014 Launch Ministry opened a homeless youth drop-in resource center, the only resource center of its kind in Carver and Scott County. Thank you Launch Ministry for all that you do!
