Happy Monday! Today’s Grantee Monday is about Pathways 4 Youth (P4Y)! Open Your Heart provided P4Y with funding for transportation assistance to help remove transportation barriers for homeless youth in Greater MN.
P4Y’s mission is to provide pathways to end youth homelessness, ages 16 – 24 in the central Minnesota area. P4Y is a resource center designed for youth to provide a safe space where they can obtain necessities including food, clothing, showers, a mailing address, lockers, computer access, health care check-ups, and a hot meal. Since they opened their doors last May, they have had over 160 youth with over 1,000 visits. Thank you Pathways 4 Youth for all that you do for youth experiencing homelessness in Greater MN!
